Troubleshooting GUIDE
Please refer the FAQ below to fix the error.

Case 1. Credential or SSLVPN configuration is wrong. (-7200)


✔Solution
It would be one of those cases:
1. Wrong ID / PW -> Please type ID / PW correctly. (check Upper/Lower case in your ID)
2. Don't have the authority -> You must request Outwork in GRM BEFORE your WFH day. If you don't, you can't use FortiClient.
Case 2. The VPN server may be unreachable.


✔Solution
Please check the configuration. (click the button next to 'VPN Name' > select 'Edit VPN Connection')
* Remote Gateway -> vpnsg.giosis.net / vpnid.giosis.net / vpnmy.giosis.net (depends on your office)
* Customize port -> 10443
Case 3. Please check the TLS version settings.

✔Solution
Run Internet Explorer > Internet Option > Advanced > Security > enable TLS 1.0~1.2
* If you still get same message after that, uninstall the vaccine program in your home PC. (Bitdefender, etc.)
Case 4. Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer:


✔Solution
It would be one of those cases:
1. Your PC is turned off / in Power Saving Mode
-> Ask your colleague in office to turn on the PC.
2. Typed wrong IP address
-> Please check your office PC's IP address again.
3. FortiClient VPN is off
-> Need to connect FortiClient first.
Case 5. Your credentials did not work

✔Solution
It because you didn't input the Domain.
Please input 'User name' like YourID@gmkt.inc.
